An unusual task with the particular challenge of not only having to transport bulk goods - as is usually the case - from a single container or room, but also having to combine the contents of five different silos in a joint process.

JPA has designed and implemented a system in which five single and individually controllable joint discharge systems fitted with a double drive fill one joint distribution container, from which two boilers are fed over feeding screws in turn.

When developing complex systems of this nature, the first thing that needs to be done is to analyse in detail the requirements and expectations of the customer, advise them accordingly and show them the different options available to them.

The laws of physics dictate the parameters by which we need to orient ourselves; in addition, the respective spatial and technical limitations need to be observed.

Depending on the size of the system, we build using different materials and technologies and pay close attention to the highest quality at all times. Just like with the current project, we can always combine the modules from different systems and by doing so develop the best possible solution.
